A Simple Stroop Task using pypsyexp

The Stroop task is one of the most replicated psychology experiments to date. It is therefore an excellent choice to showcase the ease of using pypsyexp. In the Stroop task, participants are presented with three different stimuli and are asked to make specific judgements about the stimuli they are seeing. These stimuli are usually words describing colors written in conflicting, complimentary or neutral font colors.

Our tutorial covers how pypsyexp has been included in this experiment, but doesnt go step by step on how the experiment is running. Be sure to look over the code and run the experiment as you read this tutorial to ensure you understand the functions. At the bottom of each page are links to the documentation for the functions used.

Make you you have a copy of the program before starting: Stroop.py
